Telsmith has taken the innovative approach of incorporating hydraulic adjustment, overload protection and clearing into several models of jaw crushers, significantly improving uptime availability and reducing operating costs. Overload protection allows the crusher to "open up" and then re-set when tramp metal enters the crusher, protecting parts from damage and reducing downtime. Hydraulic chamber clearing uses push button controls to clear stone from the crusher following a power failure or plant shut down, eliminating hours of downtime. Currently available in models from 3258 to 3858, Telsmith is continuing to expand the line to additional sizes through product development.

Vibro-King TL Screens

Reliable even in 24 hour production environments, the new Vibro-King TL represents the most advanced screen technology available today. Utilizing the unique "Never-Wear" sealing system, wide series bearings and high oil volume shaft casing, downtime for routine maintenance is minimal. Designed to work with all types of modern screening media, the TL is versatile and delivers efficient screening in a variety of applications. Introduced in 2008 the product line has expanded to include models from 5' x 14' up to 8' x 24'.

TRAC10 Automation Control for SBS Cone Crushers

Full cone crusher automation has been shown to yield more efficient crushing, better quality control and lower operating costs. Telsmith's TRAC10 automation system for SBS cone crushers provides crushing plant operators with constant monitoring of operating parameters, feedback on liner wear, remote control of crusher setting, auto-protect mode, troubleshooting tools, trending reports and more all in a self contained, affordable package.

QuarryTrax Model TI6060

The most recent addition to the Telsmith QuarryTrax line of mobile crushing plants is the model TI6060. Built around the PA6060, a 500 HP primary impact crusher, the TI6060 is capable of accepting 40" stone and production rates in excess of 800 tons per hour. The on-board plant automation system allows continuous production without an operator. Typically applied in low abrasive stone, the TI6060 yields high production rates combined with low operating costs.

QuarryTrax Model TJ3258

The first in the QuarryTrax lineup, the Telsmith TJ3258 is a self contained, track mobile primary crushing station designed to operate near the raw material source, reducing hauling and transportation costs. Built around the model 3258 hydraulic jaw crusher, it is typically working in hard, abrasive stone with output ranging from 400 ton per hour up to 800 ton per hour. Hydraulic features built into the 3258 jaw crusher, combined with automated plant controls, reduce downtime and allow continuous unmanned plant operation.
