BXR160 Hydraulic Breaker
The BXR160 at 16,000 ft-lbs, is designed for rugged, continuous duty for use in demanding breaking applications. It offers an extra long stroke design which improves the power-to-weight ratio of the breaker, providing the widest carrier range (120,000 to 220,000 pounds) and power available. Precise tolerances between the piston and cylinder provide high efficiency, blow rate and power. Large cross section upper and lower shock absorbing isolators reduce vibration feedback to the carrier. BTI's exclusive front head restraint system tightly guides the front head within the housing, reducing loading to the tie rods and the upper portion of the breaker. A narrow box housing design is well suited to tight trenching conditions.

MRH Series Rockbreaker System
MRH Series Rockbreaker System, the latest BTI boom system design suitable for secondary breaking of oversize materials at grizzlies and crushers as well as slag removal and clean out of furnaces, ladles, soaking pits, etc. in metallurgical industries is available with 16', 20' and 25' reach. Its bent plate design has high stress tolerance and flexibility, with plate reinforcement at joints to prevent distortion from side loads caused by raking material in the crusher. Inventory requirements are reduced due to identical cylinders being used for hoist, dipper and tilt, and common hydraulic tube assemblies. Use of the same pedestal footprint as its predecessor, the TM Series, allows for complete interchangeability and easy field replacement.

QS Series Vibratory Pick Scaler
The QS Series vibratory pick scaler represents the biggest advance in hard rock scaling in the last 40 years. The unit will double the production of the standard scaler with half the maintenance. The vibratory pick can work as a standard pick or the integral hammer can be engaged in order to give extra impact energy when necessary. The extreme duty purpose built carrier features a telescopic boom with 45'-50' reach, 330 degree boom rotation, and massive twin 6" lift cylinders. The tilt cylinder develops 40,000 lbs of peak force to the pick tip. Trunnion shock absorbing mounted telescoping cylinder develops 35,000 lbs of thrust in both directions.
